LITCHFIELD: This Mansard style home had 2 layers of asphalt shingles and 1 layer of cedar shakes when the project began.

SARTELL: A Craftsman style home in the Celebration neighborhood. The roof was damaged by a hail storm and completely replaced.

ST. CLOUD: This Prairie style home was actually designed by the last living apprentice of Frank Lloyd Wright. Due to open fields and high winds, the homeowners opted for an upgraded shingle.

ST. CLOUD: The owners of this Colonial style house wanted a classic look for their new roof. They also wanted a more dimensional shape appearance and decided on a Lifetime shingle.

BROOKLYN PARK: This rambler in the northern metro was damaged by hail and received a complete new exterior including roofing, siding, soffit & fascia, and gutters.
A front window was removed because it was in the bathroom shower, and new Velux solar tube brings in more natural light than the old window did. A window in the garage was also removed. A dormer was added above the front door to dress up this simple rambler and accented in vinyl scallops.

ST. CLOUD: This simple rambler received new siding, soffit & fascia, and gutters. Natural stone accents were also added to give the home some curb appeal.

SAUK RAPIDS: The owner of this split level had a major problem with woodpeckers putting holes in the cedar siding. There was also alot of rot where it was difficult to keep painted.
The old cedar siding was removed and replaced with vinyl siding and colored corners. Vinyl shakes were added to the front bumpout as an accent to help dress up this simple facade. New red shutters help to tie the new exterior to the existing roof.
